Relationship Manager to manage, coordinate, and strengthen relationships with co-operative banks, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies coordination.
The ideal candidate will have
hands-on experience working with banks (especially co-operative banks), possess a strong understanding of alternative banking channels,
and be capable of coordinating directly with regulatory bodies to bring in business opportunities and strategic collaborations.
This role demands excellent communication, networking, and coordination skills to ensure smooth business operations, regulatory compliance, and long-term institutional partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with NPCI for partnership opportunities
, integration processes, and to bring work and collaborations that align with company objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with co-operative banks,
financial institutions, and other key stakeholders to drive business growth.
Act as the primary liaison between the company and banking partners (especially co-operative banks) to ensure smooth communication and operational alignment.
Manage and coordinate daily operations related to banking partnerships, documentation, and compliance activities.
Ensure all certifications, compliance documents, and agreements are in line with NPCI and co-operative banking regulatory standards.
Monitor and resolve issues or queries raised by banks, clients, or internal teams efficiently.
Collaborate with internal departments (Product, Finance, Compliance, Legal, and Management) to ensure smooth execution of banking-related projects and deliverables.
Identify and onboard potential banking partners, strengthening the organization's regional and institutional footprint.
Track and report relationship progress, business opportunities, and operational updates to management regularly.
Stay updated with alternative banking trends and regulatory changes impacting co-operative or digital banking ecosystems.
Support negotiations and business discussions with banks,
financial institutions, and NPCI as needed.
