BUK & BX - All locations We are currently in the early stages of implementing a hybrid working environment, which means that many colleagues spend part of their working hours at home and part in the office, depending on the nature of the role they are in. Introduction: We are looking for a QA Engineer having Basic Knowledge of Automation framework along with Java and Salesforce h to join our Banking CRM team in BTCI (Pune). As a QA Engineer, the individual will play a key role in development and build-out of strategic automation test framework in the Banking CRM/UCRM portfolio. As a part of the role the individual would be responsible for the delivery of critical UI QA requirements on various Banking applications along with a technically astute team with-in BTCI. This person will get involved on all kind of testing needed to roll-out the CRM products. What we\'re looking for: . Working experience of building automation frameworks . . Responsible for performing in-sprint automation using BDD framework. . Knowledge/exposure on Salesforce/CRM applications/Client maintenance Technologies Pro-actively raise demand (hardware/software) for all that is required to execute automated scripts effectively and efficiently. . Working experience in using Devops Tools and developing e2E CICD Pipeline(including testing). . Always keep the thinking on to how to build efficiencies and pro-actively remove waste by applying lean principals. . Evaluate the right way of automation (GUI based/API/Other) than building something and remediating later. . Work with other team members to prevent code contentions and have proper versioning of code e.g. if there is a need to run regression pack on a version which in older than current one the respective baselined automation code should be extracted and executed seamlessly in case there is such a requirement arising. . Responsible for building domain knowledge (Client Onboarding, Servicing and Lending Regulatory, ) by directly interacting with business instead of expecting a handoff from peers. . Responsible for building additional Gherkin statements to meet the test coverage and then automate them. . Identify the test cases for Regression and keep Regression pack optimized and automated. . Accountable for building and maintenance of requirement Traceability Matrix. . Build a robust test reporting mechanism. . Having experience in Salesforce will add advantage to the candidate. . Having experience in build tech like Maven, Gradle will add advantage to the candidate. . Provides status report information, escalates issues and problems demanding management attention and resolution Skills that will help you in the role : Hands on experience in automation development and execution using Java, Selenium, Cucumber . Excellent knowledge in testing skills (provide estimations, design test plan and test strategy, writing test scenarios, cases, executing test cases, opening bugs, verifying bugs) . Extensive knowledge of Testing lifecycle and core testing process/techniques using different test approaches . Extensive knowledge of Agile Test estimation techniques approaches and processes and of CI / CD and DevOps methodologies What will you be doing Must have strong knowledge on Salesforce/CRM applications along with automation tools like Provar . Understanding of IT systems and functioning . Must demonstrate effective communication with management, peers, and subordinates, both verbally and in writing. . Aptitude to learn tools/apps/processes/domains and proficient in test management methodologies and practices . Strong teaming, problem solving and communications skills will be required . Knowledge of testing terminologies, processes and tools . Exposure on working and guiding in a team environment on testing projects . Rich technology experience and good exposure to latest advancements in Testing - Capable of technical deep-dives into test scenarios, automation framework, Roll-up the sleeves attitude, bringing innovative solutions to the table . Must be able to work with minimal or no supervision and have the ability to prioritize workloads quickly and efficiently.
