Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic professional (female Candidate) to drive banking partnerships for One Health Assist. The role involves engaging with MDs, CXOs and senior decision-makers of banks and financial institutions to structure, negotiate, and close partnerships for Group Preventive Care (GPC) and allied health solutions.

Key Responsibilities

o Identify and connect with senior leadership (MDs/Decision-makers) in banks to explore strategic tie-ups. o Pitch One Health Assist's Group Preventive Care (GPC) and health solutions as employee wellness offerings for banks. o Build strong relationships with key stakeholders in the BFSI sector. o Negotiate partnership agreements and close deals. o Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, and wellness program managers) to ensure smooth execution of signed partnerships. o Track progress, report partnership performance, and suggest improvements.

Requirements

o 3-7 years of experience in corporate partnerships, business development, or institutional alliances (preferably in BFSI domain). o Strong networking and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage at CXO/MD level. o Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. o Confident, professional, and well-presented personality (female candidates for this client-facing role). o Ability to work independently and deliver on revenue/partnership targets
