About the Role:



TCS Gandhinagar seeks BFSI professionals for global banking & financial services operations. Must have 1-5 yrs BFSI experience, be open to shifts, and possess complete education/employment documents.



Responsibilities:



Manage BFSI processes (Banking, Insurance, Cards, Trade Finance, KYC/AML)



Ensure compliance & accuracy within SLAs



Perform transaction processing & reconciliations



Collaborate with global stakeholders



Requirements:



BFSI domain experience (Banking/Insurance/Financial Services)



Open to rotational/night shifts



Preferred: International BFSI exposure



Skills:



BFSI Ops (KYC/AML, Payments, Trade Finance)



MS Excel, Banking/Insurance platforms



Strong communication & analytical skills
