Process daily banking transactions such as account openings, closures, fund transfers, clearing, and settlements.
Verify and validate customer documents (KYC, AML compliance, identity verification).
Handle customer service queries related to operations (statements, passbook updates, transaction status).
Reconcile daily reports, transaction entries, and system-generated data.
Ensure accuracy and timeliness in transaction processing and record maintenance.
Coordinate with internal teams (Customer Service, Risk, Compliance, IT) to resolve operational issues.
Support backend operations including data entry, loan documentation, and branch audits.
Maintain strict compliance with internal policies, RBI guidelines, and regulatory frameworks.
Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Assist in preparing MIS reports, dashboards, and operational summaries for management.
