What would you do?

We are seeking a dynamic and young professional to join our team as a Associate for Payment Operations. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various aspects of payment operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Payment operations and proven team management skills to drive results in a competitive banking environment

What are we looking for?

o Written and verbal communication o Responsible for executing time sensitive and critical electronic payments. o Overseeing daily Payment s operations to ensure all transactions are processed accurately and efficiently o Review electronic payments, payment investigations, reconciliations, Charge back, ATM, ACH credits & Debits, Manual wire transfers Domain knowledge on International payment and clearing process oMS Office knowledge is mandatory. oRealize responsibility and completes the task at hand and on time. Involves high level of critical thinking and independent decision making. oFraud Risk Management o Bachelor s / master s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field (preferred). o Experience (2 -- 5 years) in Payments Operations and related role within the financial industry o Basic understanding of Payment products, services, and operations o Cheque Payments -- Digital Exception o Payment Service Regulations o Good analytical and problem-solving abilities. o Good Communication / Presentation Skills o Ability to quickly learn and implement changes. o Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work effectively under pressure

Roles and Responsibilities:

oIn this role you are required to solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines o Your expected interactions are within your own team and direct supervisor o You will be provided detailed to moderate level of instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instruction on new assignments o The decisions that you make would impact your own work o You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team, with a predetermined, focused scope of work o Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
