What would you do
Investigating and resolving customer disputes and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards, and providing exceptional customer service To perform role of subject matter expert Review the dispute claim to determine the authenticity of the card chargeback claim and honor the request as per regulation E.
What are we looking for
oWritten and verbal communication o Ability to understand and analyze customer disputes, gather relevant information, and make informed decisions on dispute outcomes. o Ability to understand business processes to verify controls are effective, mitigate risks, and suggest changes to control descriptions as needed. o Analytically sound to take decisions on controls o Ability to understand Complex Documentation and legal language o Advanced Proficiency required in English Language to create documentation. o Perform assignments/deals/tasks o Attention to details to analyze Gaps in control o Ability to review all written materials o Should be a self-starter, motivated and highly energized individual to compete the complexity of the process o Ability to interact with internal stakeholders to explain the process and present the process oFraud Risk Management o Minimum 4-7 years of experience in experience in Chargebacks or Disputes handling process. o Chargebacks or Disputes handling process experience with Chargebacks or Disputes knowledge. Knowledge of banking products like Debit and Credit cards. o Knowledge of regulations like Banking Secrecy Act, USA Patriot Act, OFAC regulations etc. o Subject Matter Expert o Review for accuracy and provide inputs on quality o Coordinates with onshore team or stakeholder o Analytical Thinking o Communication / Presentation Skills o Multi-tasking / Time Management o Ability to Learn
Roles and Responsibilities: oIn this role you are required to do analysis and solving of lower-complexity problems o Your day to day interaction is with peers within Accenture before updating supervisors o In this role you may have limited exposure with clients and/or Accenture management o You will be given moderate level instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instructions on new assignments o The decisions you make impact your own work and may impact the work of others o You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team, with a focused scope of work o Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
