Coordinating with various internal departments for smooth processing.
Preparing daily MIS reports and updating system records.
Processing transactions, account maintenance, and data entry work.
Supporting branch operations in compliance and audit requirements.
Resolving customer queries related to banking operations.
Ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of customer information.
Skills Required:
Good communication skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to handle data and documentation.
Strong coordination and multitasking skills.
