We are hiring a

Banking & MIS Executive

with 2-3 years of experience in

banking operations and MIS reporting

Key Responsibilities:

Handle

extensive day-to-day banking operations

including fund transfers, vendor/client payments, deposits, and reconciliations. Maintain strong coordination with

banks and financial institutions

for smooth operations. Prepare and circulate

daily/weekly MIS reports

on cash flow, receivables, payables, and overall financial position. Track

fund utilization, working capital movement, and banking position

to assist management in decision-making. Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and confidentiality in financial data reporting. Support in vendor reconciliations, client collections, and payment follow-ups. Provide banking and MIS-related data for audits and compliance requirements. Maintain complete and accurate documentation of all financial and operational activities.

Requirements:

B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance)

or equivalent qualification.

2-3 years

of proven experience in

banking and MIS roles

. Proficiency in

Excel (advanced functions, dashboards, reporting)

and accounting software (Zoho Books/Tally preferred). Strong analytical, numerical, and communication skills. Must be

highly dedicated, self-motivated, and disciplined

.

Ability to work late hours

and handle a

6-day work week

without compromise. Should have

family support

to manage the professional demands of this role.
