Collect, validate, and consolidate daily/weekly/monthly branch & product performance data.
Prepare MIS dashboards, reports, and presentations for management decision-making.
Track KPIs for deposits, loans, cards, insurance & customer metrics and highlight key variances.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting across all banking systems.
Generate business insights to support sales planning, revenue forecasting & branch performance improvement.
Coordinate with operations, sales & finance teams for data inputs and process alignment.
Monitor compliance-related reporting requirements as per RBI/internal guidelines.
Maintain data confidentiality, audit standards, and risk control practices.
Automate recurring reports using Excel/SQL/BI tools to improve efficiency.
Provide ad-hoc reports & analytical support to leadership as required.
