Focus on approvals, disbursements, and revenue generation
Maintain balanced performance across banks and loan products
2. Lead Generation and Customer Acquisition
Generate leads through open market activities, referrals, and corporate tie-ups
Approach potential customers in residential areas, offices, shops, and marketplaces
Convert leads into approved loan applications
3. Customer Interaction and Loan Advisory
Understand customer financial requirements and eligibility
Explain loan features, interest rates, EMI, tenure, and charges clearly
Recommend suitable loan products and lenders
Maintain ethical and transparent sales practices
4. Documentation and Compliance
Collect complete KYC, income, and property documents
Verify eligibility as per bank/NBFC guidelines
Ensure zero fake, incomplete, or non-compliant documentation
Follow all regulatory and internal compliance standards
5. Follow Ups and Application Tracking
Follow up with customers for pending documents
Track loan applications from submission to approval and disbursement
Coordinate with operations, credit, and bank teams for timely processing
6. Field Activity and Market Coverage
Conduct daily field visits in assigned areas
Identify high potential locations for loan sales
Maintain strong market presence and brand visibility
7. Reporting and MIS
Submit daily and weekly sales and activity reports
Update CRM or tracking sheets accurately
Track pipeline, approvals, rejections, and disbursements
8. Relationship Management
Maintain strong relationships with bank/NBFC officials
Serve as point of contact for escalations
Support smooth coordination between field operations and banks
9. Brand Representation and Ethics
Represent the company and bank professionally
Ensure ethical sales practices and avoid mis-selling
Maintain customer trust and satisfaction
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
