Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and sales-driven professional to handle life insurance sales through our Banca - IDFC channel. The role includes working with bank branches, generating business, and providing quality customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Meet and assist walk-in customers at assigned bank branches Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable life insurance plans Promote and sell life insurance products to achieve monthly sales targets Build strong working relationships with bank staff for lead generation Handle customer queries, follow-ups, and post-sale service Ensure compliance with IRDAI and company guidelines Stay updated on insurance products and market trends

Educational Qualification

Graduate in any discipline (Mandatory) ex

Skills Required

Good knowledge of life insurance products Strong communication and interpersonal skills Target-driven and customer-focused approach Ability to build rapport with bank staff Sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills
