We are seeking a Banking Industry Go-to-Market Leader for India to drive our FSI GTM strategy and execution across the Indian market. This senior role assumes leadership of ServiceNow's Banking GTM for India, while collaborating across Asia Pacific & Japan to develop regionally aligned strategies and execution frameworks.
You are an expert in India's Banking and Financial Services ecosystem--with deep understanding across Retail Banking, SME/Commercial Banking, Corporate/Wholesale Banking, Payments, NBFCs, Digital Lending, and Financial Market Infrastructure. You understand India's technology architecture across application, workflow, data fabric, and integration layers.
You have strong knowledge of core banking processes, digital channel ecosystems, lending platforms, risk & compliance systems, and India's unique regulatory environment (RBI frameworks, SEBI, IRDAI, NPCI). You bring a compelling technical and architectural vision of how ServiceNow can transform India's financial ecosystem and enable operational excellence, AI-enabled workflows, resilience, and compliance.
You will collaborate with customers, partners, and internal product and engineering stakeholders to shape solution architectures and strategic programs. You will guide pre-sales teams to deliver industry-aligned solutions, shape solution roadmaps, and accelerate the adoption of ServiceNow's workflow, data, AI, and integration capabilities across India's FSI landscape.
You will also build and lead a high-performing team of FSI domain specialists who will drive meaningful growth across India's banking sector.
