As a Credit Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the credit and risk management functions within our organization. This includes managing credit assessments, analyzing financial data, developing credit policies, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in banking and fundraising, with proven experience in credit risk management. Qualifications And Skills Bachelor\'s degree in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field 4-6 years of experience in banking and fundraising credit management Strong knowledge of credit risk assessment and mitigation techniques Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry best practices Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to senior management Strong organizational and time management abilities Leadership and team management skills Proficiency in financial analysis software and Microsoft Office applications Roles And Responsibilities Oversee and manage the credit and risk management functions within the organization Assess the creditworthiness of potential borrowers by analyzing financial statements and other relevant data Develop and implement credit policies and procedures in accordance with regulatory requirements Monitor credit risk exposure and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to evaluate fundraising opportunities Prepare and present credit risk reports to senior management and key stakeholders Stay current with industry trends and regulatory changes in the banking and fundraising sectors Provide training and guidance to junior credit analysts and team members
