Key Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and qualify candidates for various banking and financial services positions.
Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand role requirements and organizational culture.
Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, internal database, and referrals to identify top talent.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including interview coordination, offer negotiations, and onboarding.
Maintain detailed records of candidate interactions and pipeline status using ATS/CRM tools.
Stay current with industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and regulatory requirements related to hiring in the banking sector.
Qualifications:
3+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 1-2 years focused on the banking/financial services sector.
Solid understanding of roles in retail banking, commercial banking, and financial operations.
Excellent sourcing and networking skills, particularly in identifying passive candidates.
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Familiarity with compliance and background check standards in the banking industry.
Preferred:
Experience recruiting for regional banks, credit unions, or large financial institutions.
Prior experience in an agency or high-volume recruiting environment.
