Conduct interactive training sessions on banking fundamentals, financial inclusion programs, and banking procedures.
Train participants on digital banking platforms (UPI, mobile banking, internet banking, AEPS, micro-ATMs, etc.).
Create and deliver content on government financial inclusion schemes (PMJDY, PMJJBY, PMSBY, APY, Mudra Loans, etc.).
Educate participants on KYC, account types, deposits, withdrawals, loans, interest rates, and credit scores.
Facilitate workshops on financial planning, savings habits, budgeting, and responsible borrowing.
Guide participants in understanding fraud prevention, cyber-security, and safe digital transactions.
Develop training materials, manuals, presentations, case studies, and assessments.
Conduct needs assessments and customize training content based on audience demographics.
Monitor learner progress and perform periodic evaluation to measure learning outcomes.
Maintain training records, feedback, attendance, and reporting documentation.
Collaborate with banks, community organizations, and government bodies for training delivery.
Provide post-training support and follow-up for learner progress and application.
