Shreesatya Group Private Limited is looking for a

Banking Executive

for its Head Office. The candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day banking operations and coordinating with banks and internal departments.

Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of relevant exposure strictly from the Banking Sector or Steel / Manufacturing Industry. Applications from other industries will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

Handling day-to-day banking transactions including NEFT/RTGS/IMPS, cheques, payments, receipts, and fund transfers Coordination with banks for account operations, documentation, and compliance Preparing and maintaining Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) Monitoring cash flow and fund requirements for Head Office and plant locations Processing salary payments, vendor payments, and statutory payments Maintaining records of bank transactions, cheques, and online banking activities Coordinating with Accounts, Finance, and Management for approvals Handling loan documentation, bank guarantees, and LC-related work (if applicable) Maintaining proper filing and audit-ready banking records Supporting statutory and internal audits

Requirements & Qualifications:

Graduate / Post-Graduate in Commerce, Finance, or related field 2-5 years of experience in banking or finance operations Knowledge of banking procedures and documentation Experience in Tally / ERP / MS Excel Good communication and follow-up skills Ability to work independently and handle confidential data

?15,000 - ?20,000 per month
