Job Summary:

The

Executive - Residential Solar Banking

will be responsible for coordinating with banks, government departments, DISCOMs, and TSREDCO to facilitate residential rooftop solar projects. The role involves handling customer loan applications, managing subsidy and net metering approvals, and ensuring smooth coordination between clients, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies.

Key Responsibilities:

Bank Loan Coordination

Support residential customers in applying for solar loans through partner banks (SBI, Union Bank, Canara Bank, etc.). Coordinate with bank officials for documentation, sanctioning, and disbursement of loans. Maintain proper follow-up and ensure timely processing of applications.

Government Liaising

Liaise with

TSREDCO

,

TSSPDCL/TSNPDCL

, and

local DISCOM offices

for approvals, feasibility checks, and subsidy claims. Handle all activities related to

MNRE / PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana

. Manage net metering applications, inspections, and approvals. Coordinate with

municipal/GHMC offices

for necessary structure or building permissions.

Documentation & Compliance

Prepare and maintain all project-related documentation for subsidy and loan processing. Ensure compliance with

MNRE

and

TSREDCO

guidelines. Generate regular

MIS reports

on subsidy and loan status.

Customer Support

Guide homeowners throughout the end-to-end process -- from registration to subsidy credit. Address queries related to loan eligibility, documentation, and government approvals.

Internal Coordination

Work closely with

sales and project teams

for timely submission of required documents and approvals.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Education:

Any Graduate / Diploma (preferred in Electrical, Mechanical, or Commerce).

Experience:

Minimum

1+ years

in banking coordination, government liaison, or solar-related roles. Knowledge of

MNRE / TSREDCO / DISCOM

processes is an added advantage. Strong communication skills in

English, Telugu and Hindi

. Proficient in

MS Office

and government portals. Must possess a

two-wheeler

and be open to travel across

Warangal, Hyderabad, and Karimnagar

.

Compensation:

CTC:

?20,000 - ?25,000 per month (based on experience and performance)

9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday; Sunday Off)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹300,000.00 per year
