We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized
Banking Documentation Associate
to manage and coordinate all banking-related documentation processes. This role is crucial in ensuring accuracy and compliance in all forms, agreements, and communications exchanged between our fintech platform and banking partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle the preparation, review, and submission of banking-related documents.
Coordinate with internal teams and external bank representatives for documentation needs.
Ensure all documents are complete, compliant, and submitted within required timelines.
Maintain proper records and update documentation logs regularly.
Assist in opening and managing corporate accounts, vendor payouts, and related KYC formalities.
Address documentation discrepancies and follow up for resolutions.
Stay up to date with compliance requirements and industry standards related to banking operations.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in banking documentation, operations, or a similar role (preferably in a fintech or financial services company).
Strong understanding of banking processes, KYC norms, and documentation protocols.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and basic digital documentation tools.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in or with fintech companies.
Familiarity with digital onboarding and payment gateway documentation processes.
