. The role involves handling inbound calls related to customer data verification and banking-related queries while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and high service quality.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls related to CIBIL Data Acquisition.
Verify and update customer data accurately as per process guidelines.
Coordinate with customers for required information/documents.
Ensure compliance with banking and data security standards.
Maintain proper call and data documentation.
Deliver quality customer service and meet productivity targets.
Eligibility Criteria
Qualification:
Graduate (Mandatory)
Experience:
Minimum 6 months of experience in
Banking / BFSI
Age Limit:
Up to 35 years
Skills Required:
Good communication skills
Basic understanding of banking processes
Customer handling skills
Attention to detail and data accuracy
