Key Responsibilities:
Engage with customers through partner banks to promote life insurance products.
Build strong relationships through regular customer interactions and follow-ups.
Conduct needs-based financial discussions and recommend suitable solutions.
Cross-sell/upsell life insurance products to maximize revenue opportunities.
Provide ongoing support and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on insurance products, market trends, and regulatory changes.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Candidates with B.Tech and BCA degrees are not eligible.
Age: 30 years or below.
Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in
financial services.
Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
Good understanding of insurance products and sales processes.
