We are looking for a Banking & Finance Executive to manage day-to-day banking operations, loan documentation, credit card management, and import/export payment processing. The role involves close coordination with banks and internal departments to ensure timely financial operations, compliance with RBI/FEMA guidelines, and accuracy in reconciliation and documentation.
The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical and coordination skills, with good knowledge of banking processes, loan documentation, and foreign remittance procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Loan Documentation (GML/WCDL)
Prepare and submit documentation for Gold Metal Loan (GML) and Working Capital Demand Loan (WCDL).
Ensure accuracy and completeness of all annexures, schedules, and forms.
Maintain tracker for loan liquidation and disbursal activities.
Account Opening (D-Mat / Current / Hedging Accounts)
Provide KYC and other required documents with proper authorization.
Coordinate with banks for account opening and related formalities.
Credit Card Management
Manage issuance and tracking of corporate credit cards for employees.
Reconcile monthly credit card statements with ERP and employee claims.
Prepare monthly reconciliation statements and resolve unmatched transactions.
Import & Export Payments (Forex)
Verify import/export invoices and ensure FEMA/RBI compliance.
Process payments, maintain Bills of Entry, and SWIFT records.
MCX Ledger Management
Record daily journal entries related to MCX trades and maintain ledger accuracy.
Branch Banking Support (All Locations)
Coordinate with banks and branch offices for operational banking needs.
Resolve POS, invoice, and banking-related issues and follow up via email.
Attributes of the Ideal Candidate

2-4 years of experience in banking, finance, or accounts operations.
Sound understanding of loan documentation, credit card reconciliation, and forex processes.
Strong coordination and communication skills.
Proficient in MS Excel and ERP systems.
