Job Summary:

This role is part of Accenture Research's global Financial Services team with a dual focus on

the Banking and Capital Markets industries

. The Specialist will play a pivotal role in driving high-quality research delivery, enabling credible interactions with client stakeholders, and supporting business development and thought leadership efforts. The role requires strong independence, quality output, and the ability to manage multiple senior stakeholders' demands across geographies, especially

The Banking and Capital Markets Research Specialist will support research leads and Accenture's FS industry leaders on Thought Leadership reports, industry points of view (PoVs), and client research projects.


We are looking for a

Roles & Responsibilities:

Support the development of insights through structured market and trend analysis Use traditional and innovative research techniques to address key business questions Analyze large datasets and visualize findings using tools like Power BI Contribute to proprietary model updates and generate relevant outputs Create compelling research storylines and summaries for senior stakeholders Present findings in a clear, concise, and insightful manner

Strong foundation in

financial modeling and analysis

secondary research, company profiling, market sizing

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in economics, business, finance, or related fields. A full-time master's in business administration, finance, economics, or other relevant areas is preferred. Relevant professional qualifications such as CFA, CIMA are an advantage. Prior experience in or for the banking or capital markets industry is a strong advantage. Experience presenting research virtually to senior-level audiences is desirable. Familiarity with the UK Banking and Capital Markets ecosystem is a strong plus.

Work Experience:

~5 to 8 years of experience in consulting, research, or the BCM industry
