Role Summary

The

National Banking Advisor

will act as the

face of the group at national banking level

. This role is best suited for a

retired General Manager / Chief General Manager or equivalent senior executive

with deep exposure to PSU/NBFC/HFC operations.

You will lead

strategic liaisoning, empanelment, work-specific agreements, and funding partnerships

, ensuring the group's presence at

HO / LHO / ZO decision-making tables

.

Key Responsibilities

National-Level Representation:

Lead group representation in meetings with CGMs/EDs/Chairman Office, and during national conferences & compliance forums.

Empanelment:

Secure empanelment for Recovery, Legal, Enforcement, Security & Technology services across PSU/NBFC/HFC/ARC spectrum.

Work-Specific Agreements:

Facilitate agreements beyond empanelment -- Security deployment, Enforcement support, Tech/compliance outsourcing.

Funding Partnerships:

Drive tie-ups for

Startup/MSME financing, Co-lending, and Project Funding

through ATPL/RNPL/CTPL.

Strategic Networking:

Use national-level network to accelerate pending files and unlock new opportunities.

Mentorship:

Guide state/district-level teams for structured empanelment pursuits and funding proposals.

Eligibility

Retired as

GM/CGM/ED/Board-level

from a PSU Bank or top NBFC/HFC. Excellent credibility & network with

HO/LHO/Zonal Heads & decision-makers

. In-depth knowledge of

vendor empanelment, work contracts, compliance, and funding structures

. Gravitas to represent the company as

National Advisor

in high-level forums.
