As a Teller, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and performing a variety of banking transactions for our valued customers.Key Responsibilities:- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, and payments- Promote and cross-sell bank products and services to meet customer needs- Maintain a thorough knowledge of bank products, services, and policies- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely manner- Adhere to all bank policies and procedures to ensure compliance and security- Balance cash drawer and maintain accurate records of transactions- Collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals and targetsQualifications:- High school diploma or equivalent- Previous experience in banking or customer service preferred- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong attention to detail and accuracy- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment- Proficient in basic computer skills and knowledge of banking software- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidaysIDFC FIRST Bank is committed to providing a diverse and inclusive workplace.
