IDFC FIRST Bank is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Banker-Customer Experience in Haryana. As a Banker-Customer Experience, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for customers and provide prompt and efficient service
- Understand customers' financial needs and recommend appropriate banking products and services
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of all banking products and services offered by the bank
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell products and services to customers
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Adhere to all banking regulations and policies to ensure compliance and mitigate risk
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve branch targets and goals
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail banking or customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales and customer service skills
- Knowledge of banking products and services
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Proficient in MS Office and banking software
- Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
