We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Banker-Authorizer in our Retail Banking department at our Ahmedabad, Gujarat branch.As a Banker-Authorizer, you will be responsible for authorizing and processing various banking transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers. You will also be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all transactions, as well as maintaining customer records and providing exceptional customer service.Key Responsibilities:- Authorize and process banking transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all transactions- Maintain customer records and update account information as needed- Provide exceptional customer service and address any customer inquiries or concerns- Adhere to all banking regulations and policies- Collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals and targets- Continuously update knowledge of banking products and services to effectively assist customers- Identify and report any suspicious or fraudulent activities to the appropriate authorities- Assist in other branch operations and tasks as neededQualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field- Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail banking or a similar role- Strong knowledge of banking products and services- Excellent communication and customer service skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment- Attention to detail and accuracy in processing transactions- Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance- Proficient in using banking software and systems- Ability to work well in a team and independently- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if neededIf you are a highly motivated individual with a passion for banking and providing exceptional customer service, we encourage you to apply for the position of Banker-Authorizer at IDFC FIRST Bank.
