Roles & Responsibilities:
Understanding basic
banking concepts
, especially related to the
loan segment
Generating leads and following up with clients on a
regular basis
Handling customer queries and providing accurate information regarding banking products
Managing and verifying
loan-related documentation files
Having working knowledge of
DSA (Direct Selling Agent)
processes in the banking sector
Coordinating with internal teams for smooth processing of leads
Maintaining lead data and reports using
MS Excel
Required Skills:
Basic knowledge of the
banking and loan domain
Proficiency in
MS Excel
Strong
written and verbal communication skills
Ability to handle customers professionally and resolve queries efficiently
Good follow-up and coordination skills
