Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to customers regarding banking services.
Explain products such as savings accounts, credit cards, loans, etc.
Update customer information in the system.
Follow up with customers and close leads.
Maintain professionalism and meet daily call targets.
Required Skills
Good Hindi communication.
Basic computer knowledge.
Confidence while talking to customers.
Ability to handle customer queries politely.
