Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage sales team to achieve monthly targets
Generate leads through various channels and cold calling
Monitor team performance and provide coaching
Conduct cold calling campaigns and train team members
Develop sales strategies and action plans
Handle client inquiries and resolve issues
Prepare sales reports and team performance analysis
Ensure compliance with banking regulations and policies
Required Qualifications
2-3 years total experience in sales
Minimum 1 year experience in team handling/leadership
Experience in banking sector (loans, deposits, credit cards, etc.)
Proven track record in lead generation and cold calling
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Graduate in any field (Finance/Business preferred)
Knowledge of banking products and services
