Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and confident Bank Sales Executive to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be a motivated sales professional with banking experience and excellent communication skills to drive customer acquisition and achieve sales targets.

Key Requirements

Education

BCOM Mandatory
Experience

Minimum 6 months to 1 year of banking experience Prior experience in sales or customer-facing roles preferred

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

Identify and approach potential customers for various banking products Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, and field visits Cross-sell and up-sell banking products to existing customers
Customer Service

Provide product information and guidance to customers Assist customers with account opening processes Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction Handle customer queries and resolve concerns promptly
Documentation & Reporting

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities Prepare daily and weekly sales reports Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies Complete all required documentation accurately and timely
Qualifications

Educational Requirements

Graduate in any discipline Additional certification in banking or finance preferred
Personal Qualities

Professional appearance and demeanor Strong work ethics and integrity Ability to work independently and as part of a team Flexibility to work in different locations within Mumbai as required
