Recruit, onboard, and train insurance agents to meet business goals.
Provide daily guidance and leadership to the agent team.
Review agent performance and offer actionable feedback.
Set individual and team sales targets; track and ensure achievement.
Organize regular training to improve agent effectiveness and knowledge.
Develop strong relationships with agents and clients to drive sales and referrals.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and industry regulations.
Monitor agents' adherence to ethical sales practices and company standards.
Conduct audits and implement improvements as needed.
Analyze sales metrics (KPIs) and prepare regular performance reports.

Candidate Profile:

Bachelor's degree in any field (degree consolidated mark list ,provisional 0r original certificate is mandatory*). Minimum 1 year of any sales experience .
Strong leadership, communication, and people skills.
