Key Responsibilities:
1. Risk Assessment & Analysis
Evaluate credit, market, operational, and liquidity risks associated with banking products and portfolios.
Analyze financial statements, client profiles, and macroeconomic indicators to assess potential risk exposures.
Conduct scenario analysis, stress testing, and sensitivity analysis to measure potential impacts.
2. Monitoring & Reporting
Track key risk indicators (KRIs) and generate regular risk management reports for senior leadership and regulatory authorities.
Maintain a database of risk exposures and support the preparation of risk dashboards and MIS reports.
Ensure timely escalation of any risk events or breaches of limits.
3. Regulatory & Compliance
Support compliance with Basel III, RBI guidelines, and other local/global regulatory frameworks.
Participate in risk reviews and audits, and support remediation of any gaps identified.
