To lead and manage all banking operations across branches and head office, ensuring efficient service delivery, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence in line with banking norms, strong knowledge of Bank and regulatory reporting.
Qualification:
Essential:
Graduate / Postgraduate Degree, certification in operations or any related degree will be preferred.
Responsibilities include:
? Supervise day-to-day operations across the orgnisation.
? Standardize operational processes and implement best practices.
? Ensure timely processing of transactions, cash management, clearing, and reconciliation.
? Ensure compliance with RBI, and Registrar of Cooperative Societies regulations.
? Lead timely submission of returns, internal compliance, and implementation of audit
recommendations.
? Oversee KYC/AML processes and regulatory reporting.
? Oversee CBS functionality and coordinate with IT department and service providers.
? Ensure uptime of digital platforms (internet/mobile banking, ATM, UPI, AEPS).
? Support digitization initiatives to improve customer experience and internal controls.
? Identify operational risks and implement internal controls to mitigate them.
? Oversee business continuity and disaster recovery planning.
? Maintain strong internal checks to prevent fraud and irregularities.
? Optimize workflows for account opening, loan disbursement, customer service, and back-office functions.
? Drive cost-efficiency and automation initiatives across the bank.
? Lead, mentor, and develop the operations team at HO and branches.
? Conduct regular training for staff on compliance, service, and operational standards.
? Coordinate with IT Team to manage relationships with third-party vendors for ATM services, cash logistics, IT systems, etc.
? Oversee physical infrastructure, safety, and security across branches.
