Team Leader / Branch Sales Manager / Branch Manager (Rural)
Role Purpose
To drive CASA and liability product acquisition through field sales, relationship building, and effective branch-level customer engagement. This role focuses on sourcing new customers, ensuring smooth onboarding, and contributing to branch growth through sales and service excellence.
Qualifications & Experience
Graduate
1-2 years of field sales experience
(Liabilities / Insurance preferred)
Age:
Up to 25 years
Preferably a
local candidate
familiar with the area
Key Responsibilities
Financial Responsibilities
Acquire new
CASA and liability accounts
through cold calling, market references, and cross-selling
Sell
third-party products
: Life insurance, health insurance, and mutual fund SIPs
Non-Financial Responsibilities
Execute sales and marketing activities to grow the branch's liability business
Achieve monthly and quarterly acquisition and value targets as per scorecard
Develop new customer relationships and strengthen existing ones
Generate leads through:
Local campaigns
Branch walk-ins
Customer referrals
Industry associations
Market activities in nearby areas
Compliance & Risk Management
Ensure timely account opening and smooth onboarding for new customers
Adhere to
KYC/AML guidelines
, internal compliance policies, and operational standards
Maintain confidentiality of customer and bank information; no third-party sharing in any form
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
