Key Responsibilities:
Account Management:
Open and manage member savings, recurring, and fixed deposit accounts.
Verify KYC documents and ensure compliance with RBI and Nidhi rules.
Cash Handling & Transactions:
Handle day-to-day cash transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and loan disbursements.
Maintain accurate cash books and ledgers.
Customer Service:
Assist members with account-related queries and concerns.
Promote deposit schemes and provide clear information about services.
Loan Operations:
Process and maintain loan documentation for members.
Assist in recovery and follow-up of dues as per the loan agreement.
Compliance & Reporting:
Ensure branch operations comply with the Nidhi Rules.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for internal and statutory requirements.
Administrative Support:
Support internal audits and participate in staff meetings.
Assist with marketing and promotional activities.
Business Function:
? Identify potential catchment areas to acquire HNI/Affluent liabilities customers for COEQUAL Nidhi Limited.
? To do marketing activities and generate leads for acquiring HNI/Affluent customers.
? Build a database of customer leads through references. Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues.
? Managing customer accounts and processing transactions. Developing and maintaining relationships with clients.
? Schedule meetings with potential HNI/Affluent liabilities customers and understand their requirement; thereafter presenting them with the most suitable products and explaining the features/benefits.
? Build reference network from newly signed up customers for potential leads.
? Regularly update Daily Sales Reports and discuss the plans, action items, and progress with the higher authorities.
? Responsible for managing customer accounts, deposits, withdrawals, and providing financial services aligned with the company's cooperative and member-focused structure.
? Conducting financial analysis and risk assessments. Preparing financial reports and documentation.
? Processing loans and credit applications
? Participating in marketing and business development activities
? Monitoring and managing the bank's assets and liabilities
Qualifications:
Graduate or Post Graduate in Commerce/Banking/Finance or related field.
Professional certifications such as CFA, CPA, or relevant banking qualifications.
Prior experience in Bank/NBFC/Nidhi Company/Co-operative Bank is preferred.
Good knowledge of financial regulations and Nidhi Rules.
Skills Required:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, Tally and Banking/Nidhi financial software.
Customer-focused with strong attention to detail.
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
