We, Hahnemann Charitable Mission Society, is a non-governmental organization dedicated to providing healthcare services by promoting Organic farming practice, promoting Women Empowerment, supporting underprivileged communities. We work towards holistic well-being, skill development, social upliftment through various initiatives and programs. And to support it we have launched organic herbal product ranges, FMCS products, and other products made by SHGs.

Roles:



Lead and manage overall branch operations

Represent the bank at branch level

Ensure customer satisfaction and business growth

Maintain compliance with banking regulations

Job Responsibilities::



Oversee daily branch operations and ensure smooth functioning of banking activities

Manage staff performance, training, and team development

Ensure compliance with RBI regulations, banking laws, and internal policies

Handle customer relationship management and resolve high-value customer issues

Drive sales of banking products such as loans, deposits, insurance, and investments

Monitor branch targets, profitability, and business growth

Approve loans, credit limits, and financial transactions within authority limits

Ensure proper risk management, audit compliance, and fraud prevention

Maintain branch security, cash management, and operational controls

Prepare and review reports related to branch performance and operations

Coordinate with regional/head office for policy implementation

Promote digital banking services and improve customer experience

Required Skills & Qualifications - Bank Manager:



Educational Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field

Master's degree (MBA/PGDM) preferred

Relevant banking certifications will be an added advantage

Experience:



Minimum 3-10 years of experience in banking or financial services

Prior experience in a supervisory or managerial role preferred

Key Skills:



Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Sound knowledge of banking operations, RBI guidelines, and compliance

Expertise in loan processing, credit appraisal, and risk management

Customer relationship management and problem-solving skills

Sales, business development, and target-oriented mindset

Ability to analyze financial reports and MIS data

Proficiency in core banking systems and MS Office

High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail

Personal Attributes:

Strong decision-making and analytical skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Customer-focused and result-driven approach

Pay: ₹11,314.29 - ₹45,195.00 per month
