About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Branch Manager to lead our agency-driven life-insurance business. In this role, you will head a team of Front Line Sales Managers and commission-based agents, driving growth and performance, while ensuring compliance and regulatory adherence.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales managers and agents.

Achieve (or surpass) branch sales targets -- new business, premium collection, renewals. Oversee licensing and compliance: ensure agents complete their licensing (e.g. regulatory exam) before selling insurance. Provide training, coaching, and performance support for agents. Develop branch-level sales strategies and monitor performance metrics. Maintain adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards.
? What We're Looking For:

Graduate (any discipline). Prior experience in the life-insurance industry, ideally in agency-channel or sales-management roles. Strong leadership, communication, and team-management skills. Target-oriented mindset, sales acumen, and business-development capability. Ability to mentor, guide and motivate a sales force.
