Key Responsibilities:
Acquire new customers for CASA accounts through field sales and marketing activities.
Understand customer needs and offer suitable banking products.
Achieve monthly targets for CASA acquisition and revenue.
Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure excellent service delivery.
Work closely with the branch team to generate leads and convert them into business.
Requirements:
Fresh graduates (Any stream).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for sales and customer interaction.
Ability to work in field sales.
