This position is responsible for processing loan applications from the initial lead stage to disbursement and post-disbursement support. You will ensure accurate and timely updates to the profit center, manage case flow, communicate effectively with customers and banks, and ensure all legal and technical requirements are met.
Responsibilities: ₹
Profit Center Management:
o Case updates: Update current and lead follow-up information in designated sheets throughout the month.
Case Processing:
o Inform customers about the chosen bank's offer details (loan amount, interest rate, EMI, terms & conditions). o Convince customers to initiate login at the chosen bank. o Follow up with customers regarding their login decisions.
o Verify customer documents for completeness and collect any missing documents. o Facilitate login:
Send documents to the bank electronically for online login.
Coordinate with the bank and customer for physical document submissions.
Sanction and Disbursement:
o Follow up with bank officers to resolve any queries related to loan sanction. o Visit banks for case follow-up as needed.
Legal and Technical:
o Collect necessary documents from customers.
o Forward documents to the bank.
o Follow up with the bank for clearance of legal and technical queries. o Assist customers in obtaining EC, possession letter, land tax, building tax, Udyam registration, and Aadhaar acknowledgment. o Prepare Power of Attorney documents as required.
Disbursement and Post-Disbursement:
o Coordinate with the bank and customer for agreement signing.
o Inform customers about EMI dates after disbursement.
o Assist customers with bounced EMI payments.
o Handle partial disbursements and help customers obtain tax certificates.
o Assist with rate conversion if applicable.
