The job also requires a good understanding of the banking products and services in order to deal with individual customer\xe2\x80\x99s demands and customize the products accordingly. Tasks/Obligations:

• Identifying and communicating customer needs.
• Achieving sales targets while complying with the company\'s policies and standards.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using the Company\'s CRM system.
• Identify and analyse customers\' financial needs and recommend suitable banking solutions, and advise on loans and investment products.
• Active follow up on leads and customer inquiries to convert prospects into satisfied customers.
