Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring all banking services run smoothly.
Maintain opetational excellence, compliance, and alignment with the bank's ethical
standards.
Credit & Lending Management
Oversee the entire loan lifecycle- from customer assessment to disbursement and recovery
- for all loan types (e.g.,personal loans, business loans, vehicle loans, mortgage loans,
Gold loans).
Conduct thorough
credit appraisals
risk analysis, and ensure proper documentation in
line with Bank's credit policies and cooperative banking norms.
Monitor loan accounts for repayments, delinquencies, and initiate timely follow-ups
for recoveries.
Work closely with the Head Office's Credit Department to ensure credit decisions are
aligned with internal risk guidelines.
Ensure compliance with
RBI
and
co-operative banking
regulations related to credit
exposure and provisioning.
Customer Experience
Lead by example in offering exceptional, client-centric service.
Handle complex customer queries and escalate issues when needed
