The Bank Branch Executive is responsible for ensuring smooth branch operations, delivering high-quality customer service, managing daily banking activities, and supporting sales targets. The role demands strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle customers effectively.

Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service & Relationship Management
Assist customers with account opening, deposits, withdrawals, and other banking services.
Provide accurate information about bank products, services, and policies.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and service requests promptly.
Build and maintain healthy customer relationships to enhance branch business.
Branch Operations
Ensure smooth daily operations such as cash handling, KYC verification, documentation, and compliance checks.
Process transactions efficiently while following RBI and internal banking guidelines.
Maintain accurate records, registers, and reports as per audit requirements.
Coordinate with different teams to ensure timely resolution of operational issues.
Sales & Business Growth
Promote bank products such as savings accounts, fixed deposits, loans, insurance, credit cards, etc.
Meet assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Participate in branch-level marketing and outreach activities.
Compliance & Risk Management
Follow all compliance rules including AML, KYC, and operational risk guidelines.
Ensure proper documentation and error-free processing of customer requests.
Support internal and external audits by maintaining proper records.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Business, or related field.
0-1 years of experience in any services can apply.
Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
Good knowledge of banking operations, KYC norms, and RBI guidelines.
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Core Banking Systems).
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
