Role Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate

Bangla Patient Relations Executive

to join our team at Mykare Health in Kochi. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing support and assistance to our Bangla-speaking patients. Good communication skills in the

Bangla language

are mandatory for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for Bangla-speaking patients, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally. Provide information and assistance regarding medical care options, treatment plans, and hospital operations. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to support patients during consultations and treatments, ensuring they have a positive experience. Adapt to changes in treatment plans and communicate these changes effectively to patients. Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital staff to facilitate smooth patient care coordination. Report to the manager on patient feedback, concerns, and suggestions for improvement.

Qualifications:

Excellent communication skills in Bangla are mandatory.

Experienced and freshers can apply. Knowledge of hospital operations and medical terminology is a plus. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to respond to patient care situations with empathy and professionalism.
