Job Description

Lead the Planning, sequencing and implementation of Project

? In depth knowledge on finishing materials & fixing, finishing details, site

management.

? Define project tasks and resource requirements.

? Implement Quality Control procedures on site..

? Supervise contractor work progress on site.

? Supervise contractors work quality and compliance with design

documents and codes.

? Manage resource allocation.

? Track project deliverables using appropriate tools & provide direction

and support to project team.

? Quality assurance, Knowledge of raw materials, cost availability.

? Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project.

? To check the stacking and storage of materials in various locations of

the site with neatness.

? To check and keep control on the wastage of materials at site.

? Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions.

? To prepare MIS on monthly basis, monthly consumption reports, daily

progress report, etc.

? Project Scheduling and wastage control.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?28,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
