It's Bancassurance Specialist - Leadership Position :- To manage team of SMs, coaching & mentoring them in mobilizing life insurance business from the mapped territory.To achieve NOP and premium target of the unit by generating business through team of reporters.- Will also be instrumental in executing schemes for the partners.- Will be responsible for driving Quality Parameters like ECS, low surrenders, low FLCs etc. - Daily / Monthly Activity Monitoring and MIS management for the tea and channel.CTQ:Age: Below 40 Years. Industry- Life Insurance Mandatory.
