Job Summary:


We are seeking a motivated and target-driven Sales Executive to manage lead-based sales in the Banca Channel at Ahmedabad. The role focuses on converting company-provided leads into clients while maintaining strong relationships and achieving set sales targets.

Roles and Responsibilities:



Work on leads provided by the company and convert them into sales. Approach clients, explain financial products, and provide accurate information. Maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Submit daily updates and reports on lead progress. Collaborate with the team for strategic sales planning and execution.

Requirements:



Graduate from any stream (mandatory). 2 to 5 years of experience in lead-based sales or BFSI sales (insurance preferred). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work in a field sales environment.
