Job Description
Roles and Responsibilitiesr r The role of the Bancassurance officer/Manager is to build & develop the Bancassurance business through partnerships with assigned banking partners. For more details find below the job details:r r r r Design sales plan and deliver sales targets
r Maintain business relationship with partner Bank
r Advertise customer-oriented culture, develop customer value offers to channel partner
r Develop business opportunities for new partner banks in future
r Achieve sales targets set for the assigned branch
r Handle all consumer queries, requests, and complaints to maximize customer satisfactionr r
r Desired Candidate Profiler r Education: Graduate / Post Graduate in any stream
r Experience: Mini. 2 to 4 + Years in Sales of BFSI/Insurance and Investment Sectors
r Result-orientation, proactive with good communication & presentation skills
r Building & Leveraging Relationships
