Role - Associate Business Development Manager - Banca Sales (L4)
Education and Experience -
Graduation mandatory
6-10 yrs. in Life Insurance sector, Bancassurance experience will be preferred.
Job Role -
Handling business through more than 1 bank branch
Building Relationships with ROs and RMs in bank, and generate business
Handling the walk in customers as well as the old customers of the bank
Maintain quality parameters : 13M persistency
Maintain digital parameters : E NACH, PLVC
Cross sell through Multiple campaigns provided by HO
Professional Strengths -
Strong communication skills (English and regional language)
Stability - At least 1-2 years working with a same organization
