Responsible for generating insurance business through bank branches. You'll work inside partnered bank locations, interact with walk-in customers, understand their needs, and offer suitable life insurance products.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with customers visiting the bank and explain available insurance plans.
Build and maintain good relationships with bank staff to drive business.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable life insurance solutions.
Achieve monthly sales targets assigned by the company.
Ensure proper documentation, policy issuance, and customer onboarding.
Maintain daily activity reports and follow-up logs.
Provide post-sale support and ensure customer satisfaction.
Skills Required:
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Good customer-handling ability.
Basic understanding of sales and banking processes (training will be provided).
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work towards targets.
